The name is only

A patch name can’t tell you everything you put into it. The detail you remember might be a sample filename, a keyword, or a note you left months ago.

Geiger’s preview doesn’t apply Radium’s tuning, effects, envelopes, or modulation. Load the patch into Radium to hear its finished sound.

Name a slot so you’ll recognize it. Leave a note about where a patch works. Add a category, favorite a regular, or return to a recent search.

What do I need?
An Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 13 or later, and Soundminer V6 with Radium. For the AAX workflow, you’ll also need Pro Tools and Radium AAX.
Will searching change my patches?
Searching and auditioning don’t modify your patches. Editing patch content and running cleanup are separate actions with backups. Saving a patch already open in Radium can overwrite edits made outside Radium.
Do I need the original sample drives?
No. Preview uses audio embedded in the patch. The Radium patch files themselves must still be available.
Can I hear the fully processed patch?
Geiger previews the embedded samples without Radium’s processing. Load the patch into Radium to hear the complete instrument.
When do my seven days start?
Your trial begins when the trial key is issued, so request it when you’re ready to use Geiger. The full app is included. No credit card is required.
Is Geiger a subscription?
No. Geiger is a one-time purchase, currently $150 through October 15, 2026. Your library, index, and settings remain in place when you activate a purchased key.
